Clinical and Health Psychologist
I’m a Clinical Child Psychologist providing services to children and adolescents (0 – 18 years of age) and their families. I work with children and adolescents experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, learning disorders, behavioural difficulties (e.g. ADHD), chronic illness or pain, developmental disorders (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorders), and parent-child relationship difficulties. Service Information
Fees are $235/session for therapy (50 minutes in length) and $250 (per hour) for assessment.
Psycho-educational assessments: The final cost for a psycho-educational assessment varies given the nature of the referral question and the amount of testing required. They usually require a minimum of 15 hours including an intake meeting (1 hour), psychological testing (6 to 9 hours), feedback meeting (1 hour), and psychological services (report writing/scoring: 7+ hours).
Developmental assessments: The final cost for a developmental assessment varies given the nature of the referral question and the amount of testing required. They typically require a minimum of 17 hours including an intake meeting (1 hour), psychological testing (8 to 11 hours), feedback meeting (1 hour), and psychological services (report writing/scoring: 7+ hours).
Gifted assessments: Gifted assessments usually require 8 hours including an intake meeting (1 hour), psychological testing (3 hours), feedback meeting (1 hour), and psychological services (report writing/scoring: 3+ hours).
Cheque, cash, e-transfer, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Payment is due when the service is provided. There is no HST on psychological services in Ontario.

Theoretical Orientation and Clinical Experiences
My approach to case conceptualization and intervention is based on a Developmental Psychopathology framework. My main theoretical orientation is Integrative with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I have worked in a variety of settings including children’s mental health centers (e.g. Thistletown Regional Centre, Reach Out Centre for Kids and Mothercraft – Breaking the Cycle), university clinics (e.g. York University Psychology Clinic) and pediatric hospitals (e.g. Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario [CHEO]). I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the CHEO and my supervised practice year both at CHEO (Autism Intervention Program) and in private practice. My graduate research was funded by provincial and federal scholarships and I have co-authored several publications in the areas of pediatric pain, caregiver emotional availability, and infant emotion regulation.
