1. HELP! I need urgent support - Do you take walk-in appointments?

Unfortunately, our clinic is not able to handle walk-in appointments. In the event that emergency services are needed, please contact 911 or go to the closest emergency room. Urgent needs may be met through local crisis lines and / or walk-in clinics (see Crisis Resources for a list). If you are a current client of one of our CPS professionals, you can contact them directly to determine their next available appointment.

2. What is a Psychoeducational Assessment?

A psychoeducational assessment is a way to evaluate a student’s cognitive abilities and academic skills, typically with the goal of identifying any learning or attention problems. Assessments of this sort often gather information through interviews, individually administered tests, standardized questionnaires, and report card review. Completed across several sessions, psychoeducational assessments are typically summarized in a report. For more information, see this video from LD@School

3. My child attends a French Public or French Catholic school and needs a Psychoeducational Assessment. Are you able to help?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have any bilingual psychologists who are able to complete psychoeducational assessments. Even if your child’s first language is English, the majority of their academics will have been taught in French and require at least some testing in French to accurately interpret the information.

4. I've forgotten my JANE password and I'd like to Book/Cancel/Move and appointment. Help!
